• One person may not maintain multiple accounts

4. Credit System and Payments

4.1 Credits

• Our Service operates on a credit-based system
• Each video generation costs 3 credits regardless of duration or quality
• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable
• Credits may have expiration dates depending on your plan

4.2 Payments

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe and Creem
• All fees are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

4.3 Refunds

• Credits are generally non-refundable once purchased
• Refunds may be considered for service failures or billing errors
• Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period

5. Content and Usage

5.1 Your Content

• You retain ownership of all content you upload
• You grant us a license to process your content for video generation
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all uploaded content
• You must not upload copyrighted material without permission

5.2 Generated Content

• You own the videos generated from your input
• Generated content must comply with applicable laws
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies
• Watermarks may apply based on your subscription plan

5.3 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Generate deepfakes or misleading content without consent
• Create content that promotes hate, violence, or discrimination
• Impersonate others or create fraudulent content
• Bypass technical limitations or usage restrictions
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract AI models
• Use automated tools to abuse the Service

6. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime
• Maintenance windows may temporarily interrupt service
• We may limit or suspend access for violation of terms
• Third-party AI providers may affect service availability
